If you have received a confirmation order email from us.
Your order has been received and we are processing it now for you, if your order was made before the 13:30 Same Day Dispatch Cutoff then we can have your order sent the same workday.
If your order is a Pre-Order then we will be awaiting stock (no longer then 5 working days*) When the stock is allocated yo will receive a dispatch email.
If you've received a dispatch email from us
Your order has been picked and is waiting for the collection from the couriers, the email will include a tracking link. The link will update later that day.
You will receive another email from the couriers saying they have received your details and estimated delivery date.
Your parcel tracking link
Your tracking link is the most up to date way you can see where your goods are, the tracking link gets updated every time your parcel is scanned along the route to you.
If your tracking link hasn't been updated in 24hours
If your tracking link hasn't been updated in one working day cont us and we can chase up your delivery up for you.
*if 5 working days has elapsed and your pre-order hasn't updated please contact us.
