How to best assemble our flat-pack products and what you will need

Use an electric screwdriver

Our products are heavy, on the large size and there are a large number of screws, using a cordless electric screwdriver is recommended. You can use a manual screwdriver but it will take a much longer time to assemble.

Two better than one

Because of the size and weight of some of the panels, you'll need some help holding things in place while you screw them together.

Having a friend help will help with the weight and for safety reasons as well as speeding up the whole process.

Pre-Drilled holes?

All Rabbit Hutches bought on-line come with pilot holes on approx half of the panels that make up the product.

The other half of the panels do not have pilot holes or are pre-drilled.

We use the pilot holes for you to easily place and fix the screw by hand in the one panel enabling you to use (ideally an electric screwdriver) to screw the two panels together.

We do not pre-drill our products because the rate of misalignment is too high with hand made products.
