I have contacted your offices and attached a few photos. I am awaiting a response as there were a few parts damage to the hutch
Just had our second XL cat house delivered, however, the cat flap on it is now a cheaper alternative to the Petsafe one that was on our first one. The new one is not as smooth along the bottom either which is not ideal. Also, 2 brown caps are missing from the screws on the front.
