How do the cat doors work

The Petsafe Staywell Pet Door is held in place by a magnet and is hinged from the top. You can set the door in as'Unlocked' for more freedom or 'Locked' when you don't want your pet to use the door.

Your pet pushed the door with its head and the door will realise itself from the magnet and let your pet inside.

The Surepet Microchip Cat Flap works in the same way as the simpler cat flap only that it is permanently locked until unlocked by a cat with the corrected match chip. 

The microchip door holds up to 32 pet identities and is battery operated, the microchip door can also be locked manually stooping any entry.

We include the box, manuals and any accessories that come with the door inside the Cat House.
