Why we have started offering Backorders
We manufacture all our wooden products here in our own factory and have more control over our supply chain then supplies who rely on the long delivery times from the Far East.
To enable us to focus our manufacturing on exactly what is needed we can use Backorders to predict what we should and should make.
This way we can get the correct products to the customers who want them quicker.
How do Backorders Work?
Backorders are available for some products to enable customers to lock in their order when currently out of stock. Backordering an item will guarantee that when the item comes back in stock, your order is packed and dispatched straight away.
How long do I have to wait for a Backorders?
Usually no longer then five working days, sometimes demand can mean longer wait times. We get new stock in every week and we are now dispatching every order on a next working day delivery.
If, after five working days your order hasn't been dispatched, then please contact us for an update.
Do I have to pay?
Yes, all backorders require an upfront payment, this locks the item in and guaranteeing your order is allocated first.
