I've asked for a refund, where is it?

If your order has been returned to us

If your order has been returned to us then we should issue a refund immediately. If this isn't the case, we're sorry for the delay, please email us at helo@homeandroost.co.uk quoting your order number and that you have not received a refund and we can have this rectified.

Refunds can take between 1 -5 working days

Refunds are made back on the original payment method and processing times vary depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation confirming that your refund has been issued by us.

If you have cancelled your order and we have not dispatched it yet

We should be able to issue a refund straight away if we still have your order and have not dispatched it yet. The processing times will still depend on your bank.

PayPal refunds

If you have used PayPal and require a refund, the same applies and makes little difference. PayPal payments are normally instant at the time of the refund.
