I want to return my product how do I do this

Easy, just email us at hello@homeandroost.co.uk and let us know you want to return your order.

If the item is one of our smaller items like a hedgehog House or an Outdoor Cat House then we'll be able to email you a free pre-paid returns label that you can drop of at a local drop of the centre. If the item is larger like a hutch then we will arrange a collection.

Prepaid return label and instructions

We'll email you the returns label and instructions. All you have to do is re-package the item as best you can for the return journey, print out the returns label and drop it off at a local collection centre most likely a shop.

Courier Collection

For larger items we will arrange a collection, we can arrange collections Monday to Friday but we cannot specify a time of day. Please repackage the box or boxes and have them ready for collection. The delivery driver will have the return labels with them, all you have to do is have the boxes ready for collection.

When the item is returned we will have a full refund issued.
