I haven't got the original box to return the item.

Items will need to be boxed up or at least secured together in a similar state in order for the couriers to collect. If the items are not secured then the couriers will refuse to collect the delivery.

Use old cardboard boxes

Pile the panels together in the same number as they were delivered and use opened up cardboard boxes and tape around each end. Once both ends are covered with cardboard and secured with tape you can use some bin liners and again some tape to cover up the whole group of pannels.

If you can easily pick up the parcel and the items inside are secure then so can a delivery driver and they will collect the parcels.

We can sometimes be able to courier you new boxes for you to use, these will still need to to be taped up. Please contact us for a price.
