We're sorry that your order has been delivered damaged.
If you've opened your delivery to reveal some damage there are some simple steps you can do to get the issue sorted out quickly.
Confirm which panel or panels have been damaged.
First, go through the boxes and find out how much damage you have got. It may be that only one panel has been damaged and having that replaced will solve the issue
Contact us and confirm
After you have identified the which panel or panels have been damaged we can have replacements ordered down and sent out asap.

Can they still be used?
Most customers use our products as soon as they are built, can you make do and use the panels as they are? Sometimes the damage is just cosmetic and can still be used while we have a brand new replacement sent out.
If the damage is so that they can't be used we will do everything we can to get your replacement parts as fast as possible.
- Which panels are damaged, find out which part or parts have been damaged and send us an email with images showing us.
- Confirm the parts, if we can confirm the part or parts that need replacing we can have these ordered down and sent out.
- Can you use the parts as they are now to get you going while the replacements are on their way?
