Your order has been lost
Sometimes parcels get lost in courier networks, when this happens the investigation can take up to two weeks! To avoid more delay we sometimes send out a replacement on a new delivery number.
When we make the decision to replace the missing delivery we always cancel the original delivery. This is so you don't accidentally get two deliveries.

Sometimes the parcel can be lost someplace like the back of a delivery van, the delivery driver sees it a week or to later, scans the item and sees that it needs to be delivered. We cancel the item so that if this happens if the parcel is found and scanned it comes up as "Returned to Sender"
